When NOTYD purchases a receivable from you, the payment request is transferred to NOTYD, and we take over the responsibility of collecting the payment from the buyer. After we confirm the purchase with you, the seller, it's important that you still send an invoice to the buyer to let them know what they're paying for.

However, please make sure to exclude your bank account details from the invoice to avoid any confusion. This way, the buyer will know to pay through NOTYD, instead of paying you directly.
