When we say 'capture,' we mean that the seller has fulfilled the order and sent out the package. As soon as the seller captures the order, NOTYD starts collecting the payment from the buyer. This is what we call the dunning process. The capture also starts the payout process from NOTYD to the Seller. Depending on your agreed payment schedule, you will be paid X amount of days after the capture date.

It's important for the seller to capture the order as soon as they've shipped the package. This avoids any confusion for the buyer and ensures smooth processing.

If there's going to be any delay in shipping the order, please inform your customer and also notify NOTYD so we can manage expectations accordingly.

If you're encountering any issues managing your orders, feel free to contact our support team at [email protected] or give us a call at +31854011797. We're always here to assist you!
