What happens when a customer buys with NOTYD in my webshop?

When checking out, business customers (buyers) can select their preferred payment term for NOTYD while we pay the supplier (seller) within 30 days (depending on your agreement) of shipping the parcel. To offer convenience and speed to both parties, NOTYD uses innovative AI technology for a quick credit check, which increases acceptance rates and doesn't exclude sole proprietors.

Once approved, the seller can fulfill the order while NOTYD purchases the receivable, handles dunning and collection procedures for the seller, and takes over the seller's accounts receivable for each purchased receivable. In simple terms, NOTYD manages the payment request process for the seller.

To ensure no due dates are missed, NOTYD sends payment requests to the buyer while offering support and guidance through the process. This payment request is sent as soon as the order is captured in the seller's order management. This capture indicates the shipment of the parcel, thus the start of the dunning process to the buyer.
