With NOTYD, businesses can buy now and pay later, with the convenience of consumer payment. As a buyer, you benefit from the innovation and speed of a startup combined with the reliability and experience of a market leader.

What is a buyer?

At NOTYD, we use the term "buyer" to refer to all businesses that use NOTYD as the payment method to purchase goods, services, or assets in an e-commerce checkout of one of our sellers.

Why was my order not approved?

NOTYD performs a fraud and credit check on each purchase. If the requested company information is incorrectly submitted or the credit limit is exceeded, we may not be able to identify the buyer and reject the order attempt. To avoid this, we highly recommend using your full name and business email address when placing the order and avoiding nicknames or abbreviations.

Can I pay earlier than the due date?

Yes, you can pay earlier than the due date of the invoice, as long as you use the payment reference mentioned in the payment request.

Do I need to create an account to use NOTYD?

No, you do not need to create an account before using NOTYD as the payment method.

What is the maximum amount I can order using NOTYD?

The maximum order value depends on several factors, such as your review from external credit reports, your buying history with NOTYD, your open invoices with NOTYD, and the order value in your webshop basket. Therefore, we cannot confirm one specific amount for all buyers.

Can I place multiple orders with NOTYD?

Yes, you can place multiple orders with NOTYD, as long as you do not exceed the credit limit.

Can I use NOTYD when I miss a deadline for an invoice?

No, you cannot use NOTYD when you miss a deadline for an invoice, as we do not encourage buyers to buy more when the debt is not cleared yet.

What happens if I don't pay NOTYD in time?

Depending on the selected payment term (30, 60, or 90 days), NOTYD will send you a reminder to ensure you do not miss the payment request. We recommend you process the payment before the due date has passed to avoid receiving reminder fees. If multiple reminder fees are applied, possible collection fees in accordance with the payment terms and conditions will be added, and we may need to involve debt collection agencies.
