The seller is responsible for managing the delivery and return of orders. It's important for sellers to promptly capture the order in the seller portal once it has been shipped, and we highly recommend that sellers ship goods and capture orders on the same day.

If the order is captured too soon or too late, it may result in disputes with the buyer as it automatically triggers the dunning process, generating a payment request to the buyer. Please ensure the timing of capturing the order is appropriate to avoid any potential issues with the buyer.

Regarding returns, the seller must communicate with the buyer directly. If a refund is necessary, please submit the refund in the seller portal prior to handling the return or pick up.

If you are not using our seller portal for order management, we recommend referring to your own order management system to stay on top of orders.
