Have you received a payment reminder from NOTYD but you've already paid the webshop directly instead of through NOTYD? No problem, we're here to help.

Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] and let us know which order you paid directly to the seller. Be sure to include proof of payment in your email.

After that, contact the webshop and inform them of the situation. The seller is aware of the necessary steps to resolve the direct payment.
